The interview process is entirely dehumanizing through their utilization of "One-way video interviews". I have no idea if my application has ever been seen by a living person. I got zero feedback on my interview other than the typical "Unfortunately" email. The experience was a valuable learning tool for me to avoid any other company that engages in that form of applicant screening.

They don't offer internship to those, whose family is involved in business.
Provide internship on the basis of what their parents do.

easy, basic knowledge required, no trick questions, safe space to say what you want, the questions are mainly about your education and your interests. a good english level is appreciated
