There was a hirevue assessment and one way interview. The questions were relatively easy, asking to describe past experiences from your professional/personal life and how you would be able to further fit. If selected, you then had an interview with someone either in person or zoom.

Question 1
What was one time where you were working in a team and you did not agree with a team member(s) and how did you address this
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Austin, TX)
Interview
I applied one my schools job board and was contacted by a campus recruiter to so a prerecord interview and about a week later was asked to do a hour zoom interview with 3 other people. the interview was almost to easy only behavioral questions " tell me a time when ...." kinda questions. one thing I found kind of worrisome I asked what a average day for this position looked like and it did not match the job description at all, it was worse. also they could not answer me what the pay range or salary for this position was also very concerning. If you are a college student be aware you only need a high school degree for this job not a college degree the job description on my schools site said a college degree was required but on the marsh website I found the same job description but it said only a high school degree. I did not go on with the interview process.
