30 min chat with a hiring manager, friendly, good. 90 minute technical test with 2 stages of coding - very easy with some basic advent-of-code style problems and some spring knowledge, followed by a system design problem that was extremely vague (imagine coding problem was running at scale, store all the data for analytics).
