Question 1
What would be your dream job that you aren't qualified for?
There are many listings on their careers page, and it's fairly easy to send over your resume and cover letter. After I applied, an interview was set up with one of the Directors and it was a fairly relaxed interview. Typical questions are your weaknesses and strengths, your interests, etc. Fairly straightforward and was given a tour of their studio, which is a great and cool studio.
