Had brief phone interview asking about general experience. Then took personality test online. Went in for panel interview with just one of manager that was not audit manager and hr manager. They did not ask much relevant questions. Was told I will know something later.

I was called and had a phone interview without any prior knowledge. They said that it would take a few minutes and ended up being over half an hour. I was told to come to the office for a face-to-face interview. I went into a conference room with three people. One person from HR and two other employees. It was like an interrogation room. Each person firing questions just on the heels of the other. The lady from HR took a lot of notes. I was told it was in the middle of their interviewing process so it would be a few weeks before I heard something. I received a letter in the mail about four weeks after my interview stating they interviewed many candidates and I was not selected for the position.

Was interviewed by HR and an audit manager. Fairly easy interview. I was just asked questions about my resume. I had to expand on the resume and provide more detail. There were no difficult questions though I was asked to tell them about myself.
