Chief pilot will call you if he is interested in your submitted resume. It is about a 1-2 hour process very relax more of a conversation than an interview. This call is for the Chief Pilot to learn more about you and for you to introduce yourself as a person. The Chief Pilot really likes to go off-topic and talk about everything aviation. Once he starts talking about his past flying 15 years in Indonesia the conversation will go on for another 45 minutes, but in my opinion that's how you know he's interested.
