      Engineer Interview

      Mar 11, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Fargo, ND
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Marvin Composites (Fargo, ND) in Nov 2018

      Interview

I applied online and got a call from HR about a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was called for on-site interview. The annoying part started after the on-site interview. The HR person that contacted me never answered my phone or replied my emails to get an update. Finally, I emailed the HR head, as she was in the interview panel. She replied to me with the decision after a couple of weeks. Overall, I think the company showed a very non-professional behavior. If you interview someone, at least update the person with your decision and have the courtesy to answer his call or reply to his emails.
