Looking back at the interview it was as blur as the experiences i had in the company. The management does not have an idea about the qualities needed for the position they interview for. They do not know what questions to ask. The result is total confusion on both sides. When I asked about my specific roles and drew a team structure diagram to clarify their expectations the management drew a cloud of dots on the white board as representation of the team structure and the work relationships. My experience completely matches the bury cloud on the white board the management drew at my hiring interview.
