Interview was fairly easy for entry level position. Meeting with the admin super only a few questions were asked about my background in computer work. I had no experience in Telecom but was informed I could learn everything I needed on the job.

Very casual. Manager was busy so we barely talked. A quick overview of the role. The environment was relaxed and I didn't feel nervous. They hire based on personality, which seems to have worked so far.
