I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview for about a week out. I followed up the day before to confirm that the interview was still on, as I didn't receive confirmation. Less than thirty minutes before the proposed interview time, I was emailed a Zoom link for a video interview. Overall, it felt very unorganized and aligned with what I had read here about what it's like to work there.

The interview process began with a phone call from an assistant to coordinate best dates, then an interview was set up. I interviewed with 2 people from the Executive Team, they were individual one-on-one interviews. I received a call to confirm hiring and an email with an offer. The first day of work, I showed up and filled out an application fill out, provided the information I needed, and then began work.
