      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Massaro (Boston, MA) in Oct 2022

      Interview

First round interview was in-person on campus with a Massaro employee, not any sort of recruiter within the company, regular behavioral and background questions asked. Second round was also in-person at Massaro headquarters with two 45 minute sessions, each with two directors and the founder of the company. Nothing technical and surprisingly no situational questions, everybody was really nice.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Imagine a crystal ball with your ideal self in five years, what does that person look like? What would your classmates and colleagues say about you?

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massaro in Feb 2023

      Interview

Online application (resume and cover letter). Invited to interview with a consultant on univesity campus (preliminary round). Did not move forward, but next round would be "date rounds" with company directors at the Boston headquarters. I was not very invested in the company or well rehearsed for the interview, so I am sure if you practice interviewing it will be fairly easy to hit the second round.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - Overview of yourself - What is your interest in consulting - Tell me about about a time you took initiative - Tell me about a time you failed - What is your experience with software and IT systems - What is your 5-10 year career lookout - What is your unique value that you would bring to our team **Standard behavioral questions

      Interview

      1) Phone Interview Screening 2) Video interview with a working associate consultant 3) Video Interview with senior consultant 4) In Person Interview with Senior Management Team Mostly behavioral questions with some technical questions, but nothing insane. Last round pretty much tests to see how you act in front of a client. You should be fine as long as you have some business acumen and are good with talking.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself Walk me through your resume How you handle (A B C D) Tell me a time when you (A B C D) How would you (A B C D) What would you do if (A B C D) If company X (ABCD) how would you (ABCD). No case studies, but they may ask you some short questions like the one above to test your business acumen/way of thinking.
