Interview
Short and sweet. Basic questions about skills, capabilities, and availability. I hit it off with my interviewer and I think she knew she wanted to hire me. I do think I gave her the impression I grow weed (Which I don't) by saying I prefer to grow green plants over flowering plants, but I meant I prefer house plants to outdoor flower gardens. She still hired me.

There weren't many difficult things asked. Maybe the biggest challenge would be to someone who has never read a planogram before, as it is required and takes some practice.
The interview process was standard. The usual questions were asked, and it didn't take up much time. Was told I was hired after the interview was over. The interviewer was nice and created a comfortable process.
