I was hired based on my knowledge of the company, my mathematical capabilities (which level or course I passed), and if I was available during the summers. Also, it was important that I kept a positive, upbeat spirit and was patient with the students.

Interview
There was no interview. I was referred to the program by a friend who's mother was a teacher there. I think they just considered where I went to college and decided I was good enough as the program is for young students so you honestly don't need to know that much.
