What a chaotic company! I always believed that the interview process is one of the representative factors of the company, and Mathpix is truly one of the extreme cases of a directionless disorganized corporation.
Interview 1: Foundational ML knowledge evaluation conducted by a "sales" team member (you read it right, a sales member!).
Interview 2: Hard leetcode conducted by an HR manager!
Interview3: A vague session with the CEO getting hit by questions like "how do you SSH into a remote server?"
Ghosted after interview 3 while being promised to proceed to the next round.
