Interview
You send your resume in and then get sent a series of follow-up questions via email. Don't worry about having a great resume or providing thoughtful answers; they'll hire anyone they can get for this job. After you make it through this process (you will), you're brought in for an in-office "interview," which begins with a ridiculous math test. You aren't allowed to use a calculator. Then one of the managers comes in and asks generic questions. He or she might bring an assistant with. The interviewers seem nice until it comes time to talk about accepting the job. You are then bullied into accepting the job on the spot. If you say you have to think about it, you don't get offered the job and you're made to feel like a terrible person.
In other words, this is a complete waste of time for anyone. They'll take anyone who wants a job. That's what this is; it is a job, not a career. Any company willing to offer a job on the spot knows the position is terrible and is desperate to fill it.
Even for recent graduates, do not waste your time here. Go do sales. Learn some real skills. Make actual money.
