Entire interview process was over the phone due to COVID. I went through several stages and all interview went very well. I was ultimately offered a position and a start date, until it was revoked due to their overlooking of my availability that they had been aware of since the first interview. They were very unprofessional and pretty much 'ghosted' me as I tried to open up my availability to fit what they were asking but it was clear they went a different direction. I have never experienced something like this.
