The interview process was absolutely horrible. The recruiter who was also the assistant was completely unprepared for the interview. Didn't have the resume and went on to blame the lack of resume being uploaded into the ATS system on someone else, after she stated she was in charge of the recruiting processes. She was completely rushing through the interview process without even taking the time to get to know me, the applicant, apart from my experience. It made me super nervous, and the fact she couldn't stop looking at the time, made the whole interview process feel rushed. As a recruiter for 7 years, I was astonished at the lack of professionalism. When I asked about a certain project that would be in my job description (conducting employee performance reviews) and questioned what KPI's would those performance reviews be based upon for those employees, she mentioned how my KPI's as the recruiter would be monitored performance wise. over all, horrible impression.
