The interview process initiated with the self introduction and extended little technical on patents. The technically updated or ready to update mindset of the candidate is observed and the organization looks for candidates who could sustain there for minimum of 2 years. The overall interview lasted up to 30 minutes.

Positive process, there are 3 rounds of interview Technical, senior level and HR interview. Till now positive experience. But the position is not clear for the role they are looking for , it need clarity.
