Interview
I was told about the job by a friend of mine who thought I would be good for the job. My first interview was with her and a recruiter, very upbeat and friendly. After that I interviewed with a BCBA also a great experience, I felt very comfortable and confident that my answers were being considered carefully.
Quick and easy, it was mainly scenario and background based questions, did i have experience with childcare, babysitting, etc. Somewhat touched on my skills also. The interview was by phone and there were no follow up questions

The Interview process included a series of background questions. It was a great interview experience. They asked about what knowledge to have as a behavioral technician and what impact I hope to have on my clients a behavioral technician.
It was an amazing interview process. The interviewer was really personable and easy to talk to, which made the interview very smooth and enjoyable! There was a big emphasis on ensuring that each candidate is fully informed and prepared in order to ensure that this is the right position for them, showing that they really care about the workers as well as the work that they do.
