Very simple and fast process. First interview just going over background hr screening. Second interview is with if hired would be you Operations Manager. Next two or three interviews are with reps you will work with on your team with varying tenure. Finally interview with the Director. The reps interview (otherwise know as a pit sit) hold alot of weight on of they think you will fit in with thw team.
