I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Plymouth, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Interview was pretty easy. A recruiter reached out to me after seeing my resume online and an interview was scheduled for that week. The process itself was your run of the mill ‘20-questions’ type interview just checking boxes off a list. After that I had another interview with the nursing director where basic experience and interest questions were asked. After hiring there was a competency exam that any nurse should easily be able to pass.
