Interview
recruiter talked with me for ~ 40 minutes, and i was hired . Since I had been off work for a year due to health concerns, I took the job. There was very little process or information to the position. My orientation to the patient and family was one night of shadowing. Glad I had the experience!
Phone interview- explained the position and onboarding process thoroughly. Information on expectations and requirements. Answered all questions appropriately. Discussed past experiences and comfortability with certain nursing skills and explained the options to choose cases
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about conflict with coworkers and how it was handled
Quick. Over the phone. Scheduled date to come into office. Provided availability and cases given based on that. Recruiter was pleasant but could tell she was new. One partial day of training was offered but I was told I could stay as long as I needed until I felt comfortable.
