It was a quick and easy process. They kind of already have people in mind for you to work with based on your personality and the things that you find interesting.
I had a phone call with one of my bosses and we talked about the job description and if I had any questions. Everyone was very nice and supportive throughout
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare in Jan 2014
Interview
I was called in for an interview and taken to a back office. They asked me a few questions about why i would want to work there since I had no previous experience. Then the conversation switched to when I would and would not be working. What kind of clients they had for me etc.
