I had a brief phone interview, the HR representative basically asked me what salary I was looking for, then said she would forward my details to the hiring committee, then I was pretty much ghosted after that. I called back about a week later and asked if there were any updates, and was told 'I haven't forgotten about you', but then was ghosted again after that.
