First there was a phone interview. Once that was done they scheduled in a group interview where they provided activities and role plays for each applicant. They provided questions to prepare for and also conducted a math and english test online.

easy . they did ask to tell me why you want this role . the answer is better kept positive and upbeat. be sure to start by explaining how the company has a good rep.
