I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Maze Recruiting (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2016
Interview
Received a call about this position from Jay Nayaik who supposedly is the owner. I mentioned I was busy but could talk later, he mentioned he had time later but could I send him my resume. I sent him the resume within 30mins with times I could talk. Since then I have followed up with 3 emails to Jay over 3 days and called his office but he has not bothered to contact me back. I have also asked them to remove my resume from their database..still no reply. It also dawned on me I had dealt with this organization before so I checked my emails and yes I had some contact with them a while back and the same pattern emerged - Contact for a good role (with unknown company), send resume and then no contact after several attempts to follow up. In my opinion I would STAY CLEAR of WYSDOM, they are very unprofessional and may just be collecting resumes for their database. As they never reveal the company names (RED FLAG) the job posting may be fake just to get resumes, or worse personal information. They appear to have no interest in you once they get the resume. I have over 20 years in the business and have worked with countless recruiters...never had an experience like this.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maze Recruiting (North York, ON)
Interview
We chatted about my work experience and strengths. Filled out a slip giving permission to send out my information. I didn't actually learn much about the job and their clients are confidential so they didn't tell me much about the client either. Told me theyd get back to me within the week and did but only to tell me to wait. And then no response ever again.
