The interview process was very bad. I didn’t understand anything but besides the point, I don’t really understand what they wanted me to do. I need to have a better interviewing better processing than that I was.

Interview
I first met with the sales manager Jason who was very professional and refreshingly straightforward. He was upfront about expectations and was definitely interested in learning about me. From there he introduced me to other members of the sales management team. there did seem to be a little bit of “good cop/bad cop” going on, but in an informative/constructive way, if that makes sense. Overall it was a great experience and as far as first impressions go, they collectively made a good one.
