Submitted application a downloaded application from their home website and turned it into the the mani office receptionist. Was contacted within a week for a F2F interview with the Director of the department. It was a really relaxed atmosphere with introductions followed by a facility tour. Within thirty minutes we weer back at a conference room and my qualifications were discussed as well as my experiences in the Human Services field. The director allowed for questions at any time and was very direct and honest with answers. Total interview was about 1 hour long.
