Interview
The interview here is a lot of mindset questions not a lot about relevant experience. Joe seemed more impressed by answers regarding how to handle team management than my experience in marketing competitions or that I am treasurer for our marketing club on campus. I wasn't quite prepared for the phone interview as when the admin called she immediately launched into a stream of questions. It took me kind of off guard and made me think on my feet.

Quick and Brief - Got in and sat down and had someone ask me general questions such as past experience, what are your goals, where do you see yourself in x amount of years, are you a team worker, and so forth.
