Very long, I thought that I was able to get to know the people that I would potentially be working with before I met them, which was great. Very disjointed, but they asked some pretty substantive questions that allowed for good conversations. There were three people in the interview which seemed like a bit of a firing squad

Had a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. The HR rep asked 3 or 4 questions about things from my CV and that's it.
I haven't heard back yet, but it's only been a week.
