Very relaxed and friendly and casual interview, no difficult questions, only how you would handle certain situations and how you feel about handling medications etc. Availability is fully discussed as well.

Casual chat with different sinarios to choose from. Aswell as asking my interests,hobbies,and why I think I would be good in his role. I was asked when I was willing to start and if I had any questions I was also asked about my previous employers and why they ended and whether I had a criminal record or ever been terminated
