The zoom interview was quite smooth and easy. It consisted of a one-on-one interview and then some group discussion based on the given scenario. Lasted for around an hour and a half including the waiting time in the lobby with the other applicants.

Tell us a time when you provided great customer service?
Went through 2 rounds of interviews. One online, and then one in person. Very detailed instructions and guidelines, however it took some time for the recruitor to get back to me and there was a mixup with whether I got accepted since I first received a decline of offer then later on received an acceptance letter. But noentheless, a very fun interview process and well thoughtout by the team.

group interview at a hotel in melbourne. we were split into groups and had a 15 minute group interview where we had to sell an eye mask. we then went on for a one on one interview that lasted about 5-10 minutes. my interview was with a store manager.
