Interview
During my interview process they asked me simple questions about my skills and weakness. I had a one on one interview with the owner. I also took a test that involved a spelling and comprehension. I took a drug test and had two seperate interviews.

Why would you make a good candidate? Can you stand for a period of 8 hours or longer?
