Very simple phone interview. They asked primarily about my modeling experience and my ability to work as a member of a team. The majority of the questions asked seemed to be directed towards whether or not I would be able to work well autonomously. There was a lot of questions about my previous experience as a member of a design team, as well as my experience as a leader of a design team. There were also the typical background questions : experience, gpa, etc.
