Had 4 interviews before getting to the final interview, which was a 2 hour presentation to another 7 people. The instructions were very vague and afterwards it was confirmed that they weren’t even sure what they wanted the presentation to be. After all the time and effort I wasn’t selected and given no valid reason. The confusing part was they gave me raving reviews up until then and then disregarded me. They claim to be have a great culture, but based on my experience that seems debatable. An extensive interview process for a mid-level position is strange and concerning as it seems they’re uncertain of their own decision making. Avoid interviewing here to save yourself time and stress.
