The initial interview was friendly and relaxed. HR seemed very disorganised in terms of the papers they asked for. One vital paper was not submitted for licensing, which resulted in a very long licensing process, and threats of termination. I was intrviewedd by the chief of surgery, who was a western and very proactive person, who advocated change, truth and openness. The director of nursing also seemed very nice, but who towed the party line and did not challenge poor practice or one or two difficult , but protected nurses. She protected her own back.
