The hiring process was Very laid back. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to give perfect answers and Mark who was the regional manager at the time allowed me to come in my work uniform due to my job being in the hospital. He didn't judge me based on my outward appearance but by my skill set and my work ethic
One phone interview then started next week from then. Ask basic questions like do you mind driving a lot and being on call a lot any problems with late nights
