I applied online. I interviewed at Media Mantra (Bengaluru) in Jan 2019
Interview
In total three rounds are there, first one with HR and then with the Co-Founders. They take interviews in a friendly manner. They do not be so harsh with you
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Media Mantra during their hiring process. After clearing multiple rounds — including an initial virtual interview, an assignment round, and a final in-person interview with the Co-founder — I was informed via email that I was selected.
They asked for all my documents and assured me that the offer letter would follow. However, they went completely unresponsive for weeks. After repeated follow-ups, I finally received the offer letter almost a month later with a joining date for the following month.
Shockingly, just 6 days before my joining, I received an email from them revoking the offer, citing business changes. As someone with 5 years of experience in PR and communications, this is the first time I’ve faced such an unprofessional and insensitive approach to hiring.
Job seekers invest time, effort, and trust during the recruitment process. Last-minute revocations like this are not just disheartening — they disrupt careers and personal planning. I hope the company reflects on this and adopts a more transparent and respectful approach in the future.
