Interview
You submit your resume and cover letter via email to a shared inbox. An interview is scheduled via email. The interviewing process at Media Works is a three round interview process. The first round the interviewee speaks with a pair of employees (in my case ones that had done the job I was applying for and had since moved up). The second round you speak with another pair of employees. Additionally, the second round features an exam of skills and competencies. This particular position featured an exam on Excel knowledge. Finally, the last round is with executive leaders and company higher-ups.

Interview
There are 3 rounds. The 1st is meeting two mid-level employees, telling your story, and hearing about the job. The 2nd round is a brief test to make sure you can do basic excel functions. The 3rd is meeting with senior management. Make sure to dress nicely and send a thank-you note each time if you want the job.
