Interview
It was basically depends on communication and leaderships kills and the 1st round is written (pie chart questions, email writings, effect and cause questions, paragraph questions) and second round is communication round and third round is leadership round
First Aptitude round then Email writing round after selection HR round will be held their will be 2 HR rounds and then selection will be done. Communication should be frequent and in proper English and you should be proper dressed for the interview.
