Interview
Interview was remote, which was great at eliminating stress around going downtown and finding the office. They asked typical, expected interview questions, such as what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses, etc.

For an RA the interview process is basically a conversation with a manager. Picture the basic interview questions that anyone would tell you to prepare for. Strengths/ weaknesses/ problem and solution etc
The Interview was very easy, it had standard situational questions about how you solved a problem or issue in previous work or life experience. Be prepared to give an example.
