Mediareach Advertising interview questions

fairly straightforward, online application +interview, not 3-4 stage process. Lasted one hour. They asked quested that were relevant for the job. went positive as they were very flexible... This wasn't difficult for me and i stopped feeling nervous after the first 5 minutes. They were direct and honest which made me feel relaxed.

Media Reach Advertising are an ethnic advertising agency & one of the people I was interviewed by was a women. I think this was one of the most unpleasant interviews I have ever been to. This woman obviously had not read my CV, asked completely irrelevant questions, gave me dirty looks throughout & actually criticised my CV(!) If my CV is not up to scratch, then why bother to interview me? (I think I know the answer) An interviewee is a member of the public & not an employee they are not paid for their time & do not come to interviews to be given filthy looks & be criticised. Where I live, if somebody behaved like that they'd get beaten up.
