The second interview was supposed to be with 3 people; only one showed. Got told that the colleagues in Malta are "spicy ppl, so we try to make no mistakes". I applied online. I interviewed at Medier Agency (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jan 2026
Interview
Had an initial interview with a Senior Recruiter. I got the impression that he was trying to impress me and sell me the job and all the benefits this company has to offer, almost to the point where it sounded a bit too good to be true. However, I was a bit surprised that he barely asked anything about my skills or previous experience.
He did however asked me "how much I want" in terms of salary by the end of the interview and said he would get back to me within a day. This never happened, so I sent a follow up email after a week, and haven't heard anything from him.
My advice? Don't bother. These people are wasting your time and most likely posting ghost jobs to gather your data.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medier Agency (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Nov 2025
Interview
Started with a standard interview with HR, followed by a test task, and then a second interview with the hiring manager. The entire process was pretty straightforward and lasted about a week.
This is a contractor position so you need to have your own business in order to work with them.
The hiring manager never responded but HR was very professional when following up.
