      New Business Associate Interview

      Feb 11, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medikidz

      Interview

Recruiter falsely said that the job wasn't sales based. The interviewer said a pay rise in 3 months was almost a certainty which didnt eventuate. Bonuses were unachievable but sold to be realistic and achievable. Job role was changed within 2 months and constantly changed after that. One of the managers came into the interview for 2 minutes to say hello and briskly left for a meeting/phone call. Company was portrayed as successful and stable but had the highest turnover rate I've ever seen.
