Enza de Marco from MedIncell has greatly supported me during my application process, which overall lasted 2 months. I had 1 quick phone interview to understand my suitability for the role. Two video interviews followed, after which I was invited for a final face to face interview in Montpellier. This lasted for around four and half hours, and I met members from different labs, e.g. analytical, quality control, polymer development, formulation. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were aimed at understanding my previous expertise and my suitability for the role. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I also appreciated that the company booked and paid for the hotel, flight tickets and taxis. I definitely came back from the interview with a good feeling.
