I was invited to interview with the position for the case management position, I selected the interview time, and then received a call for a screening and was informed that the hiring manager didn’t know she had an interview with me and selected another candidate. I must express disappointment as it shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for the candidate on their end. While I appreciate them reaching out to let me know, the fact they didn’t even know we were supposed to interview shows a poor performance on their end.
