Technical / Domain Interview
Conducted by a senior pharmacist, manager, or team lead.
For pharmacist roles:
Knowledge of medicines, substitutions, dosage forms.
Case scenarios like “What medicine would you suggest if a prescribed brand is unavailable?”
Awareness of Drug regulations and DPCO pricing.
For other roles (accounts, data, sales):
Questions based on relevant technical skills (e.g., accounting, sales strategies, or data handling).
HR Round
Focuses on soft skills, customer handling, teamwork, and flexibility in shifts.
Discussion about salary, posting location, work culture, and joining timeline.
Final Offer
If selected, you usually receive an offer in 1–2 days, as the whole process is quite short.
