Within a week of submitting my resume I was e-mailed by the COO of MedPrep and we scheduled a Skype interview. I was interviewed by the COO of the company via Skype and we had a great discussion about MedPrep's overall functions, my potential job's description, my experience in events, warehouse management, and logistics, and how I felt I would contribute to, and improve the, current event, warehouse, and logistics operation. At the end of the Skype interview I was asked to come into the office and have a face-to-face interview with the COO and Director of Clinical Services. This interview was similar to the Skype interview in terms of content but went more in-depth and lasted longer. There was also far more discussion about the culture and values of MedPrep during this interview so there were more questions about my personality, how I thought I would fit into MedPrep's culture, if I shared similar values with MedPrep, how I would interact with our clients, and how I would enhance the office atmosphere. After this interview, I was told I would be contacted if I was eliminated from the candidate list or if I would move on to the final portion of the interview process which was an interview with the CEO of the company. Within a week, I was contacted and informed that the CEO would like to schedule an interview with me. This final interview was great. We covered all the topics covered in the previous interviews but I really got to express my interest to work for MedPrep, how great of a fit I thought I was for the company, that I thought I would not only meet the requirements but exceed them, and potentially help improve MedPrep. We had a great discussion, got to know each other, and I think we both knew from there that we would be working together. I was offered a position shortly after and after a bit of negotiation I accepted the position and have been working here since.
