Since there was an immediate requirement , the HR only asked me to introduce myself and why I chose this field. My prior training in medical coding was a benefit (although a few days later I found that wasn't really needed). The HR then made me do a simple "mark the correct option" based exam. Then I was informed of the terms and conditions of work including a requirement that I must work atleast six months in the company until an important project that is currently going on is finished. A few hours later, I recieved a call from them informing thay my employment is confirmed! And to appear the next Monday with a few documents.
