I had three interviews with MPI over the course of a few weeks. They seemed inexperienced in interviewing and in giving appropriate feedback. I had a phone interview followed by a second in person interview with a panel and then a third phone interview with a different team member. After the third interview, I never heard from them again. No follow up or communication at all which was astounding after taking the time to interview with them on three separate occasions. It was also concerning that during the third interview I was presented with a completely different overview of the work environment and responsibilities of the position as compared to the information shared during the second interview with a different group of staff.
